The day dawned bright and crisply cold. We had been given back the right to mingle and ride our bikes en masse with a cap set at ten persons, continuing to maintain social distancing.
Down we raced to the Stud Road Stadium in anticipation of a heavenly throng of enthuastic cyclists - and there were just three shivering souls on this absolutely perfect, crisp autumn day???
Not to be deterred we three united in the cause, set off to chase the sunshine! First stop Seaford via the Wetlands; on to Mordialloc; Beach Road to Brighton East; right hand turn into the North Road; Oakleigh; returning to Dandenong via the Skyrail; finally reaching Stud Road 99.3 kms and just short of 5hrs later.
